The scope was unprecedented
MOLOG was embedded as the dedicated Project Management Unit within DTTDC, the tourism body of the Government of NCT of Delhi. The mandate was to build the entire strategic and programmatic infrastructure needed to position Delhi among the world's great destination cities.
We began where impact begins: policy.
- horizon of the Master Tourism Policy we authored
- 2026–2047horizon of the Master Tourism Policy we authored
- policy frameworks: master, MICE, spiritual, film
- 4policy frameworks: master, MICE, spiritual, film
- since the capital's last comprehensive tourism vision
- 20+ yrssince the capital's last comprehensive tourism vision
Policy first
The Delhi Master Tourism Policy 2026–2047 was authored as the first comprehensive tourism vision for the national capital in over two decades. It was followed by dedicated policy frameworks for MICE tourism, spiritual tourism and film tourism, each designed to unlock a distinct economic corridor for the city.
We then architected institutional collaborations at national scale: partnerships with Prasar Bharati, integration with ITPO at Bharat Mandapam, and a Cultural Hub concept for the historic Town Hall at Chandni Chowk built on the 3H Framework of Handicrafts, History and Heritage.
Policy became reality
International festivals were produced. National conferences were hosted. Year-long event calendars were designed. Institutional communications were built from the ground up.
Every deliverable carried the same strategic thread, because the team that authored the policy was the same team that stood on the ground and produced it.
Active, ongoing, expanding
The mandate brought together some of Delhi's most senior government leaders on a single stage. Multiple policy documents are adopted or under active review, and the engagement remains active and expanding.
One team. Policy to production. Strategy to standing ovation.
